OVERVIEW This website is operated by NU EVIYA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NU EVIYA. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & THE "NATURE OF NATURAL" Our products are formulated with raw, anhydrous (water-free) botanical ingredients. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following:

  • Texture Variations: Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers, the texture of our body butters may vary slightly from batch to batch or due to temperature changes during transit.

  • Melting: You understand that our products may soften or melt in high heat. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the potency of the product. We are not responsible for replacing products that have melted during shipping, though we provide instructions on how to reset the texture (refrigeration).

  • Shelf Life: As our products are preservative-free, they have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. We recommend keeping water out of the jars to prevent bacterial growth.

SECTION 3 - MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & ALLERGY WARNING The content provided on this site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

  • Ingredients: Our products may contain nut oils (such as Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Nut, etc.). If you have a nut allergy, please read the ingredient list carefully before use.

     

  • Patch Test: We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before applying the product to your entire body. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

  • Liability: NU EVIYA is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient.

The material on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
