Refund policy
At NU EVIYA, we take pride in our "Noble Standard" of quality. Every jar is hand-whipped and inspected by our team in Chicago before it ships to you.
Due to the nature of our products (personal care/hygiene) and our commitment to purity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
1. THE "MELT" POLICY (Please Read) Our products are 100% anhydrous (water-free) and made with raw botanical butters. This means they are sensitive to high temperatures.

Shipping in Warm Weather: If your butter arrives soft or liquid due to heat during transit, this does not affect the quality or potency of the product. It is a sign of purity (no synthetic stabilizers).

The Fix: Simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. It will return to a solid balm-like state.

Note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted products, as this is a natural reaction to heat.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives with broken glass or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. SCENT PREFERENCES We understand that scent is subjective. Since we cannot accept returns on opened jars, we strongly recommend purchasing The Sampler Trio (2oz Travel Suite) first to discover which "Love Letter" works best for your body chemistry before investing in the full-size regimen.
4. CANCELLATIONS We process orders quickly to get your glow to you. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel the order.
