CURRENT PROCESSING TIME Because NU EVIYA products are hand-whipped in small batches in Chicago to ensure the "Science of Soft" quality, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships. (Note: Processing time may increase during sales or the holiday season.)

THE "NOBLE STANDARD" WARM WEATHER SHIPPING Our body butters are 100% anhydrous (water-free) and melt at body temperature. This makes them amazing for your skin, but sensitive to hot delivery trucks.

  • To Prevent Melting: During warmer months (May–September), we may limit shipping days to Monday through Wednesday. This ensures your package does not sit in a hot warehouse or delivery truck over the weekend.

  • Melting Disclaimer: While we take every precaution, we cannot control the temperature of shipping facilities. If your butter arrives soft, simply place it in the fridge for 20 minutes to reset the "Velvet-Set" structure. This does not affect the quality.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the glass jars and your location.

  • Domestic: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts are applied). [Optional: Adjust this dollar amount based on your margins]

TRACKING YOUR RITUAL When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES NU EVIYA is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS/UPS).

  • If your tracking says delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbors or your mailroom.

  • We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
